General Information
We keep honeybees for honey and wax, a garden for fresh and preserved food, and hunt for most of our meat. We run a portable sawmill on the side while both work full time from home as IT geeks. We are on a journey to retire to full time homesteading to provide most of our food for ourselves. My wife has food challenges where inflammation is concerned so we have to be wise about clean healthy food.
