“Just finished a chapter in Spring Foraging Cookbook on Angelica & Asparagus—what a gem! 🌿 Angelica tastes like sweet fennel but must be ID’d carefully due to toxic lookalikes. Great with pork or stuffed & fried! Asparagus, though not truly wild, is a spring favorite—nutrient-rich and perfect sautéed with butter, wine & herbs. A great reminder to forage with care and cook with love.”
