This morning, my son was making himself some eggs and said, “Hey Mom, this egg white is fluorescent colored.” I thought he was joking at first, but he was completely serious—it actually had a strange, fluorescent look to it.
I wanted to share this with you in case it’s something others are noticing too. Could it be a sign of contamination or something off in the food supply?
