New York company recalls frozen vegetables distributed to 6 states

Endico Potatoes of Mount Vernon, NY, is recalling peas, carrots, and mixed vegetables after tests revealed Listeria contamination. Distributed in NY, NJ, PA, CT, MD, FL, and DC from July 18–Aug 4, consumers are warned to check freezers. The FDA and company are investigating the cause.
