New Jersey company recalls meat because of fake USDA inspection labels

Sabrositos Hondurenos, Edison, NJ, is recalling 32,000 lbs of meat with false USDA inspection labels (“Est. 1785”). Products include chorizo, pork chops, and ribs produced before Aug. 20. Food without inspection may contain allergens, bacteria, or other hazards. Consumers and restaurants should consider these items unsafe.
