Flash flooding in West Virginia from heavy rains on June 14-15 caused at least six deaths and two missing. Ohio and Marion counties, including Wheeling, Triadelphia, and Valley Grove, were hardest hit. Intense rainfall of 3-4 inches fell rapidly, stranding cars and causing severe damage. Cleanup is underway as officials prepare for more severe weather.
