‘Never seen anything like this’: 6 dead amid devastating West Virginia flash floods

Flash flooding in West Virginia from heavy rains on June 14-15 caused at least six deaths and two missing. Ohio and Marion counties, including Wheeling, Triadelphia, and Valley Grove, were hardest hit. Intense rainfall of 3-4 inches fell rapidly, stranding cars and causing severe damage.
