A woman was arrested after a minivan drove into festivalgoers at Harrisburg’s Kipona Festival, critically injuring a 6-year-old boy. The red Honda Odyssey, which crashed through barricades into parked cars, also struck a woman in a wheelchair and a city traffic worker, who are stable. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. near children’s activities, leaving the community shaken.
