‘It’s a great feeling’: Sumner County fights food insecurity with Blessing Boxes

GALLATIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — In Sumner County, several volunteers work around the clock to improve food security in their communities.

They do so through a community-driven initiative called ‘Sumner County Blessing Boxes’. They’re essentially mini pantries on a post that serve neighbors 24/7.
