First‑trimester mRNA COVID‑19 vaccine linked to increased risk of late‑term pregnancy loss

Women who got an mRNA COVID shot between weeks 8–13 of pregnancy were significantly more likely to suffer late-term pregnancy loss, according to a recent national study in Israel. The study revealed nearly 4 additional losses per 100 pregnancies—a 40% increase over the baseline.
