Carney announces new steel tariffs to be reviewed in 30 days pending U.S. trade deal

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced new retaliatory steel tariffs as Canada pushes for a trade deal with the U.S. within 30 days. In a Thursday press conference, Carney outlined the status of talks and confirmed the tariffs will be reviewed and possibly extended if no agreement is reached.
