Maybe it’s just me, but for a long while, I was leery of the unknown entity known as the “prepper.”
You probably know the old joke format: I’m a homesteader (sensible, thrifty); you’re a survivalist (fleeing to the country for personal safety); he’s a prepper (building an underground bunker, stockpiling seeds and weapons).
