This was interesting…
We don’t really think about sunlight anymore — but your body literally depends on it.
One photon hits your skin and starts a chain reaction that affects your bones, sleep, mood, immune system… even your blood pressure.
And the crazy part?
Most of us spend the majority of our time indoors now.
So:
Less vitamin D
Worse sleep
Lower energy
Higher blood pressure
Not because something is “wrong”… but because we’ve removed something basic our bodies were built around.
It kind of makes you realize why older generations always said:
“Go outside, get some sun.”
They didn’t know the science — but they weren’t wrong.
If you’ve noticed your sleep, energy, or mood being off… might be worth looking at how much time you actually spend outside.
