USDA issues public alert for pulled pork products because of undeclared allergens

The USDA’s FSIS issued a public health alert for Prep Chef pulled pork products due to undeclared allergens. Barbecue pulled pork and pulled pork burrito filling contain Worcestershire sauce with soy, anchovies, and egg whites—all missing from the labels. Consumers allergic to soy, fish, or eggs should avoid these. No recall was requested as products are no longer sold. These items were made between April 3 and July 9, with best-by dates through July 31.
