A recent large-scale Czech study published in the International Journal of Risk & Safety in Medicine found women who received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine before conception were significantly less likely to achieve successful pregnancy than unvaccinated peers. The study tracked live birth conception rates from 2021–2023 among women aged 18–39, with Pfizer and Moderna vaccines making up 96% of doses administered.
