Update: According to reporting from Bill Melugin, the federal magistrate in Minnesota who declined to approve an arrest warrant for Don Lemon was Douglas L. Micko, whose wife works as an Assistant Attorney General in Keith Ellison’s office. The Justice Department had charged Don Lemon and others in connection with an incident at Cities Church in St. Paul, but the judge rejected the charges against Lemon. Officials say prosecutors are now exploring other possible legal avenues.
