We dove in head first to start- wouldn’t advise that. We and our animals suffered… we are taking a step back and setting up priorities… we have learned a lot over the past 10 + years of trial and error
Also have learned that what works in Indiana most likely won’t work the same way in Idaho
We have a large NRCS program high tunnel since 2018 and each year learn something new 
We are nearing retirement and wanting to be set up on our 10 acres for easier food growth for our aging bodies that also keeps us moving and healthy.
