It’s about gardening, farming, livestock, bushcraft, Native ways, pioneer ways, hunting and gathering, survival skills, old tools, new gear, fixing things, increased self-reliance, saving money, many types of alternatives and so on. It’s mainly about rural and wilderness living, but also includes things relevant to towns and cities, which some call “urban homesteading”. It’s about food security, meeting more of our own needs, local sourcing and how to better prepare for emergencies and adapt to a hard times period, which is imminent, IMO. It’s about short-term and long-term prepping, adapting, and all things related to living more off-grid or completely off-grid, and in more independent, self-sufficient ways.
