A nationwide recall of millions of above-ground pools has been initiated after the products were determined to feature a design posing a drowning hazard to children. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the safety alert on Monday, July 21, saying several companies sold the items, which the agency believes led to the death of nine children over the past two decades.
