The Coastal Companies, based in Laurel, MD, is recalling 17 products, including salads, salsas and other items containing cucumbers, because of potential Salmonella contamination.
The cucumbers, supplied by Bedner Growers, Inc. and distributed by Fresh Start Produce Sales, Inc., are linked to an ongoing FDA investigation into a Salmonella outbreak that has caused 26 illnesses across 15 states.
