Farm CPA Paul Neiffer says the dip will push farmers to lean more on government payments and brace for harder talks with ag lenders. “On the credit side, bankers will be having even more conversations with their farmers at renewal time,” Neiffer told AgriTalk, noting the added financial strain the lower price forecast brings.
