After owning a local restaurant for 18 years, my husband and I moved to the country and started my life long dream of homesteading. We raise, grow and barter a large portion of our food, using our community resources for most of the rest.
I love knowing where and how my food is grown/raised and improving the soil to improve the quality of our food through permaculture practices and rotational grazing. I also find joy teaching culinary and homesteading classes. I sell products from our farm to support our family. I am constantly learning myself and hope I can continue to bless others with the knowledge I learn by living this life with which God blessed me.
