Hi Prepper Watch,
I reckon the canning season has officially begun in this household! We just bought a 1/4 beef from a friend, and I made sure to ask for the bones and organ meat (he’s keeping the fat). To free up freezer space, I canned 20 lbs of ground sausage, made 14.5 quarts of bone broth from bones I already had, and put up 28 pints of taco soup and 48 pints of Mexican-style beef stew.
