I saw this on Facebook, and as someone who lives in BC, this just isn’t right.
In a recent Federal Court decision, the CFIA’s use of the Stamping-Out Policy was upheld, forcing the destruction of healthy animals to control disease outbreaks. This ruling prioritizes trade over animal welfare, and we’re now facing a $15,000 legal cost burden.
