I came across a story in a UK prepper group that’s a good reminder for us all. It highlights the importance of always having some kind of EDC (Everyday Carry) with you — no matter where you are, even on holiday. What you have at home won’t help if you’re caught unprepared while out.
It doesn’t need to be a full 72-hour bug-out bag. Just the basics: water, a couple of protein bars, a small first aid kit, a flashlight, and some cash. That bare minimum could buy you valuable time in an emergency.
