Wells Enterprises, the company that produces the Blue Bunny and Halo Top ice cream brands, has recalled nearly 18,000 containers of ice cream and frozen yogurt due to batches possibly containing pieces of plastic.
The Iowa-based company issued the voluntary recall on April 25, according to a Food and Drug Administration report released earlier this week, NBC Dallas-Fort Worth reported.
