Record-breaking floods are devastating Vietnam, turning entire cities into rivers. At least 41 people have died, thousands have been evacuated, and more than 52,000 homes are underwater across Khánh Hòa, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and nearby provinces. Constant heavy rainfall has triggered catastrophic flooding, sweeping through streets, submerging neighborhoods, and forcing helicopter and boat rescues as families are pulled from rooftops.
