“The Grand Canyon Fire in Arizona has already burned 112,000 acres and is only 8% contained. It’s even creating its own weather, which can cause more fires. Utah’s Monroe Canyon Fire is burning over 57,000 acres but only 4% contained. Over in Washington and Oregon, the Bear Gulch Fire grew to 4,500 acres with just 3% containment, and the Stud Horse Fire is over 500 acres. Tourist spots are still open but stay cautious. A few of you have warned about the poor air quality—make sure you’ve got N95 masks and HEPA filters ready. Stay safe everyone!”
