The FDA cited insanitary conditions, including rodent urine, feces, and bird droppings in areas storing food, drugs, medical devices, pet food, and cosmetics. Exposure may pose serious health risks, including Salmonella and leptospirosis, especially for infants, seniors, pregnant people, and those with weakened immune systems.
