Jumping worms are invading Ontario gardens — here’s what to look for and what to do to stop their spread

ntario gardeners are being asked to keep their eyes peeled for yet another invasive worm crawling around in the soil.

“We’ve had recent reports of possible jumping worms in nursery products like potted plants, bagged soil, manure or mulch,” Claudette Sims shared May 12 with the Master Gardeners of Ontario Facebook Group page.
