A New York physician assistant has filed a first-of-its-kind lawsuit against Rochester Regional Health, claiming the system defrauded the government by blocking her from reporting COVID-19 vaccine injuries to VAERS. Deborah Conrad alleges providers were legally required under the False Claims Act to report adverse events but failed to do so. Conrad, who worked at United Memorial Medical Center, says she began seeing vaccine injuries as early as December 2020.
