I started out with a dehydrator back in 2021 and started dehydrating frozen mixed veggies, such as bags of corn, peas, carrots, etc. These are already blanched when you buy them. Make sure anything you dehydrate is totally dried out before storing in an airtight container…two liter soda bottles work well for mixed vegetables.
