-Often pale with cool, moist skin
-Sweating profusely
-Muscle cramps or pains
-Feels faint or dizzy
-May complain of headache, weakness, thirst, and nausea
-Core (rectal) temperature elevated-usually more than 100°F-and the pulse rate increased
