If you find a good sale, crack one egg into each ice cube tray slot (no shells), freeze, then transfer to a ziplock bag. When you need one, just thaw a cube per egg in a bowl at room temp. Great for baking or cooking later! Eggs can be frozen this way for up to 3 months, or even up to a year. Smart way to save money and reduce”
