“For all of you interested in foraging, I came across this post and had to share! The original poster went trekking in rainy, cold Ottawa South and scored a mega bounty of Pleurotus mushrooms — likely a mix of P. populinus and P. ostreatus. They left the big ones and babies, hoping for another flush soon. Just started foraging and already pulling a HUGE haul! Love seeing the community out there finding wild food!”
