Heavy rain and storms are expected this afternoon and evening across western and central PA. WPC has issued flash flood risks: Level 1 (green), Level 2 (yellow), and Level 3 (red) where flooding is likely. Storms may dump 1–2″+ per hour, and with already-saturated soils, flooding could happen within minutes. Turn around, don’t drown. Stay alert, follow warnings, and be ready to move to higher ground if needed.
