Everyone is LEAVING Kelowna!

Kelowna’s long boom is reversing. For the first time in years, more people are leaving the Okanagan than moving in, driven by high costs, reduced remote-work flexibility, and big-city congestion. With fewer out-of-province buyers, demand is cooling—especially for condos—making the market more price-sensitive and locally driven. Growth continues, but mostly from international migration, marking a major shift in who buys homes in the region.
