If you just planted herbs, you may wait until after the garden season to harvest as the plants are still small. Enjoy fresh herbs all season!
We planted our herbs last year and now we are harvesting a few bunches to dry before they flower. Then they will keep growing throughout the spring and we harvest more in September to dry.
