I had to share this—great breakdown on feather plucking! They process about 400 chickens a year with their kids, using a large plucker that handles 2 birds in just 10–12 seconds. Feathers drop neatly into a basket, keeping cleanup easy. For turkeys, they switch to a drill plucker, which takes 5–7 minutes per bird and usually leaves them covered in feathers.
