CDC Hit With Lawsuit Over Failure to Test Cumulative Effect of 72-Dose Childhood Vaccine Schedule

Two doctors, Drs. Paul Thomas and Kenneth Stoller, who lost their licenses for questioning CDC vaccine guidance, are suing the agency for failing to test the cumulative effects of the 72-dose childhood vaccine schedule. Filed with Stand for Health Freedom, the suit alleges this violates federal law and children’s rights, claiming the CDC has only studied short-term individual risks, not the combined effects of all vaccines.
