A Dutch court has ordered Bill Gates and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to appear in person in the Netherlands to testify in a COVID-19 vaccine injury lawsuit filed by seven claimants in 2023, one of whom has since died. The case alleges victims were misled about vaccine safety and effectiveness and names additional defendants, including Dutch officials and institutions. It remains unclear whether all defendants will comply with the order.
