My name is Cedric Barnes, I’ve been in the private security field for over twenty one years. I’m certified in basic weapons training by the Federal Protective Services, Homeland Security.  Additionally, I am an NRA certified firearms Instructor, NRA Law Enforcement Instructor, United States Concealed Carry Association Instructor and DC MPD Special Police Officer Firearms Instructor.  My best friend Kelly and I decided to pass my knowledge and skill onto you.  So we started Barnes 1st Step Firearms Training, LLC, in December of 2014.
