General Information
While I was going to school for Veterinary Medicine, interest in livestock and food industry, I learned of all the malfeasance in the food industry. I have been fighting chronic illness for many years, and many of the root causes is food related.
Currently, we have just have chickens, but working towards mending fences to have cows, pigs, and food forest. We are working on methods of food preservation; canning, next will be dehydration, right now we just have freezers.
It is just very slow going due to the chronic illness, and caring for my household that have their own disabilities.
Willing to barter time, energy, skills on your farm for equal time, energy, skill on my farm. I usually call this “hanging out”…lol
