Ammo Shortage Incoming? Possibly The Worst Ever

General Information

A lot of people focus on the tool… but forget the one thing that actually makes it useful.

Without ammunition, it’s basically just a paperweight.

Whether it’s for training, range time, hunting, or personal defense — ammo is essential. And right now, there are increasing signs that things could get tight again.

I was listening to someone who had just been talking with a major ammunition manufacturer, and one of the big concerns right now is gunpowder supply. Without powder, production slows down — and that’s where shortages start.

We’ve seen this before. When demand spikes or supply tightens:

Prices go up fast
Certain calibers disappear first
Shelves stay empty longer than expected
Usually, the common calibers (9mm, .22, 5.56) get priority, but even those can get expensive or hard to find. And the smaller or less common calibers tend to vanish quickly.

This isn’t about panic or hoarding — it’s just a reminder.

If you don’t have a reasonable supply for your needs, it might be worth checking now while it’s still available. Once things tighten, it’s usually too late.

We’ve been through enough cycles to know how this plays out.

Stay ahead of it 👍
