Chat is the most efficient way to communicate with other Members. Prepping Communities provides an exceptional Chat features with the ability to chat with Members privately, or Chat inside a Group.
There are two type of Chat – Members and Groups. To Chat with other Members, select the Chat option from the main menu. You will be taken to the following page…
From the Chat page there are few areas to learn. The top of the page shows your status, for example, if you are Away or Available. The top right corner allows you to change your Chat options as described below. You can enter a name in the the search area to find Members and Groups you would like to Chat with. A list of available Member and Groups are listed below your search. Simply click on the Member or Group to enter that Chat area.

To set your status, status message and other Chat options, select the three dots in the top right corner. You will be taken to the following page where you can set your options.

After selecting a Member or Group to Chat with, you will be taken to that Chat area as show below. From here, simply type in something to chat with that Member or Group Chat. Click on the smily face to add some emojis to your chat.
The Chat area also has options in the top right corner. Select the three dots and the drop down menu will allow you to do certain things, depending upon whether or not you are in a Member or Group Chat. To close this Chat and return to the Chat main area, click on the X in the top right corner. Enjoy chatting with your Friends, Family and other Members!
