If you’re in the southern United States, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
This storm is serious.

Nearly a million people are without power, and over 20 states have declared emergencies because of snow and ice. Roads are dangerous, flights are canceled, and the cold is expected to stick around for days.

Please stay home if you can, stay warm, and check in on family, neighbors, and anyone who might need help. This is one of those times where being prepared and looking out for each other really matters.

Stay safe, everyone.

This is one of those situations where it stops being “news” and starts being real life for a lot of people. The extended power outages, ice, and dangerous cold can turn serious fast, especially in places that don’t see this kind of weather often. Praying everyone gets through the next few days safely.

I saw this post on another group I belong to and sharing it here because I think its good advice for all of us.

Prepared Citizen
Insurgency & the 72-Hour Rule:
When insurgency takes hold, assume the first 72 hours are the most dangerous window—not because order has fully collapsed, but because authorities are challenged, divided, and overstretched.

Insurgency Conditions:
Crowds, barricades, and confrontations draw law enforcement into fixed points. Patrol coverage elsewhere is reduced or disappears entirely. Command-and-control fractures across competing missions. EMS access is delayed. Opportunistic violence, intimidation, and property crime increase under cover of chaos. Nighttime risk rises sharply.

Prepared Citizen SOP:
For 72 hours, plan to operate independently of public security.
• Shelter in place where possible; movement increases exposure
• If movement is required, move early, deliberately, and with purpose
• Maintain food, water, medications, power, shelter, and basic medical capability for three days
• Keep vehicles fueled; expect checkpoints, blocked routes, or spontaneous crowd formations
• Avoid flashpoints, government buildings, and enforcement perimeters
• Prioritize awareness, distance, and avoidance over confrontation
• Keep identification on you; avoid appearing affiliated with authorities
• Maintain a simple, believable explanation for your presence
• Understand that visible firearms, body armor, or radios may attract suspicion or challenge

Decision Making:
Do not wait for official statements or media clarity. Those arrive after conditions have already shifted. Early posture decisions determine outcomes.

Doctrine:
Prepared citizens survive insurgencies and unrest by staying unentangled, aware, and alert until order consolidates.

Appreciate you sharing this. It’s a good reminder to slow things down and not get pulled into chaos.

The part that really matters is staying out of the mess, keep your head down, stay home if you can, and try and take care of yourself for a few days without relying on anyone else. Those first couple of days will be the most confusing, not because everything’s collapsed, but because no one really knows what’s going on yet.

Being prepared is about awareness, avoidance, and letting things settle while you stay safe and unentangled.

Hey everyone, heads up, this is worth paying attention to.

Canada has started testing a digital visa system, and it’s part of a bigger shift toward biometric, database-based travel authorization. Instead of stamps or paper documents, permission to travel increasingly lives in a system that can be updated or revoked remotely.

This video walks through what’s being discussed in official modernization plans, the timelines being talked about, and why some people are concerned about where this could lead – especially when it comes to freedom of movement during emergencies or economic stress.

It’s not about panic. It’s about understanding what’s changing and thinking ahead.

If you care about mobility, privacy, and preparedness, it’s worth watching and deciding for yourself what it means.

The shooting yesterday, from what i have heard, the suspect was armed.  Once again, the left media is putting out propaganda.

Its getting out of hand, the suspect was armed, of course Antifa is calling for violence.

Worth a watch. With all the extreme winter weather and power outages lately, a lot of people are starting to ask questions.

This video doesn’t push fear or make wild claims. It looks at what’s openly discussed and researched, why storms seem more intense, and how weak infrastructure turns cold weather into a serious problem.

No matter what you think about the cause, the takeaway is the same: stay warm, have backup power, protect your water, and be ready for outages. The video ends with simple, practical prep steps anyone can use.

From what people are seeing, bans don’t seem to have changed much. The skies still look just as active, if not more. It gives the impression that whoever is behind it isn’t taking regulations seriously at all, which only fuels more questions about accountability and oversight.

Cloud seeding and weather modification are real and have been around for a long time, that part isn’t secret. Where it gets confusing is how much control they actually have and how often it’s used. There’s a big difference between limited experiments and full-scale control, and that’s where trust breaks down.

This storm covering such a huge area just doesn’t sit right with me. We know weather modification exists, and when humans start interfering with systems this complex, there’s always a risk of things spiraling beyond control. Whether intentional or not, the scale alone suggests there could be serious fallout, and everyday people are the ones who end up dealing with the consequences.
