CFHL – Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Stockton

For over 85 years, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Stockton has provided social services to people in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Alpine, and Mono counties. We believe in the inherent dignity of each person and create services that support families and enhance the quality of life for all members of the community regardless of race, age, or religion.

 Today, Catholic Charities administers direct social services and advocacy through a variety of programs for the most vulnerable and under represented citizens of our communities. 

While we serve the Diocese of Stockton region, we are not directly funded by the Diocese or the Parishes associated with the Diocese of Stockton.  As a 501(c)3  non-profit our programs and services are funded through grants, foundations, and the generosity of our communities.

DISASTER CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Disaster Case Managers provide individualized support in the areas of survivor advocacy, resource and referral services, and recovery planning. The goal of DCMP is to support the survivors in the recovery process by developing an individualized long-term recovery plan.  Click Below for More Info
